A leading Indian aluminium extrusion company was faced with issues of capacity enhancement and bottlenecks in existing processes.

Tata Strategic used Six Sigma approach based techniques like DMAIC to identify bottlenecks in existing processes, ideate process improvement options through internal brainstorming exercises, run pilots to measure/ calculate new performance and establish operating tolerances for the improved areas.

The client was able to improve capacity utilization rates through Kaizen and equipment maintenance trackers built by Tata Strategic.
