Tata Strategic had to evaluate the feasibility of setting up an institute focused on the Indian security consulting market and develop preliminary financials for the same.

The team conducted a detailed assessment of the security solutions space to understand security needs related to personnel protection, corporate asset security, information security and corporate fraud management. This helped the team identify potential target areas for the institute. The team also held discussions with the end-user industry to determine the services that could be offered by the institute.

The team outlined the near and long term service portfolio and revenue streams for the institute based on the expected evolution of the security consulting market in India.
